Terms of Service
Last updated 21.08.2026. Commercial terms for paid packages are confirmed by an invoice, a contract, or written correspondence between the parties.
1. Provider

2. Who this is for
Art of Data is intended for businesses, professionals and other users acting in connection with a trade, business or profession. It is not intended for consumers acting for purposes outside such activity.
3. Subject matter
The provider gives users access to Art of Data — a service that matches product cards with categories, attributes and values from a target marketplace's dictionary.
4. Pricing
The first 10 manual checks are available free of charge to evaluate quality, without registration. A technical counter for free checks is stored in your browser; the service may additionally apply technical limits to protect against automated abuse of AI resources. Batch processing is billed at the agreed rate: CHF 0.10 per item. Setting up a non-standard dictionary, rules or an integration is billed separately, starting around CHF 200. The final price of a paid package is confirmed in an invoice, contract or written agreement between the parties. Pricing shown on the site is not a binding offer until then.
5. Customer data
Users may only upload product data and dictionaries they have the right to process. Do not upload personal data of customers, employees or other individuals unless strictly necessary to provide the service.
6. Results
The service produces AI-generated recommendations for mapping product data. Users are responsible for reviewing the result before publishing product cards on a marketplace, loading them into another system, or passing them on to third parties.
7. Personal data
Accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to the processing of personal data. For the MVP, the service does not ask for an email to run a free check and does not create an account. If a user voluntarily contacts support, orders a paid package, or provides data for a contract, that processing is described in the Privacy Policy; separate consent is obtained where actually needed.
